Q: Can I sell or distribute a CD or DVD containing a project created with MenuBox? Will I have to pay royalties for each unit?
DISCUSSION
A: MenuBox is licensed per publisher/authoring-user, not per user of the redistributable files. If you are the publisher, and as long as you have a license for the software, you can use the redistributable MenuBox files in as many copies of your publications as you wish. No royalties are due for the use of the MenuBox redistributable files.
The above applies to any type of media, e.g. CD-ROM, DVD, downloadable archives, etc.
